Pie making time is just around the corner. I received a catalog today for company called King Arthur Flour. Man did they have some of the coolest gadgets. I would love to buy pretty much the whole catalog. What stuck out particularly was their piecrust shield and oven guard. In the past we have just used foil but these look great and are reasonably priced. They have a bunch of recipes online as well.

Hi...I love the pie shield! I have the Pampered chef one, but it is too skinny. King Arthur has great scone mixes...I think I'll have to look for that catalog.
I also love chili and enjoying trying new recipes! Thanks!
