Noodler

This is a great comfort food for a cold day. This recipe has been pasted down on my dad's side and boy is it yummy. It is a perfect mix of meat, starch, sweet, and acid.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, brown and drained
1/4 cup olive juice, salad olives
3/4 cup green olives, pimiento stuffed salad olives
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion, chopped
14 oz stewed tomatoes, not drained
1 cup cheese, bite sized
8 oz package noodles

Directions:
1.Boil water (for noodles) and cook according to package.
2.Place olive juice, olives, garlic and onion in blender and make a mushy mess.
3.Add tomatoes to meat after browned and drained.
4.Transfer to corning ware pan. Add cooked noodles, cheese, and mix together.
5.Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, push noodles down every now and then. (If the noodles get hard cover the dish with foil.)
