Steak and Potatoes

Nothing says I love you like good old steak and potatoes. We got tired of the same old baked or mashed potatoes. So, I thought I would spicy it up a bit.

Grilled Potatoes

3 lbs small red or Idaho potatoes, cut in cubes
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano

1.Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2.Drain potatoes; cool.
3.Prepare barbecue (medium heat).
4.Add 2 tablespoons oil; toss to coat.
6.Grill potatoes until golden, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes.
7.Transfer to bowl.
8.Drizzle 2 tablespoons oil over.
9.Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
10.Season with salt and pepper.
11.Serve warm.
