Tamales

Central Market has the best Tamales in town. Around our house we call them the mexican hot dog. We love the chicken/jalapeno ones the most. They are so simple to make. All you need to do is steam them for like 15 minutes. Don't forget the chile con carne sauce to go with it. The frozen section usually will have a tub that you can just heat up.
