Pecan Chicken

This recipe is great to throw in the oven and forget for an hour. I also love it b/c I don't dirty a million dishes making it.

Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
6 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 teaspoon butter, melted

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease on 13 X 9 baking dish.
2.In shallow dish, combine the biscuit mix, pecans, paprika, poultry seasoning and sage.
3.Dip the chicken breast in the evaporating milk then coat generously with the pecan mixture. Place the breast in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with the melted butter or margarine.
4.Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
