Nothing says Happy Valentines Day like a big slice of Cherry Cheese Cake. This recipe came from Matt's Mom. It is super simple to make. So, it is perfect for a weeknight valentine.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can cherries
1 gram cracker crust
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cherries and crust in bowl
2. Place mixture on crust
3. Chill in fridge a few hours
4. Before serving add cherries to the top
